How long does shipping take?

Can I bring your power banks on a plane?
Yes. Our power banks comply with airline carry-on regulations. They must be placed in your carry-on bag and cannot be checked in.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible at info@gonomadist.com.
Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to modify or cancel it.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.
We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.
