• Some products may have longer delivery timeframes. The estimated delivery time is clearly displayed on each product page before purchase.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.

• Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

Tracking
• Tracking details are sent by email once your order ships.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information
• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
• We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Marked as Delivered Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but not received:
• Check with neighbors or your building’s front desk.
• Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
• If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at info@gonomadist.com within 5 days of the marked delivery date.
• We will work with the carrier to determine an appropriate resolution.

Damaged Items
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged.
• Include photos of the product and packaging.
• We will review the case and provide a replacement or appropriate solution.
