Refund policy

Return Window
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Start a Return
• To request a return, email info@gonomadist.com with your order number.
• If approved, we will provide return instructions.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include clear photos of the product and packaging.
• If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items
• Items that show signs of use or damage caused by misuse.
• Final sale items, if applicable.

Exchanges
• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order.
